You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Firearm sales are final. Once a firearm leaves the licensed premise it is considered used. Please inspect all firearms thoroughly before taking possession of them.  If you find a manufacturer defect, Shoot Center will work with you solve the issue. However please know that this is not a simple exchange and may require the firearm to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This also applies to firearms purchased online that Shoot Center ships to another FFL. Once the firearm leaves the licensed premise, the firearm is considered used, and is not eligible for a return. Please inspect all firearms at your FFL before taking them home.

All ammunition sales are final. There will be no return or refund of ammunition purchased in-store or online.

Shoot Center Value and Elite Club members enjoy a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all NEW firearms. If you are not 100% satisfied with your firearm, we will return the entire sale price of the firearm to you in the form of store credit. Per state law, this does not include FDLE fees. To be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee, you must be a current Value or Elite Club member in good standing. The firearm must be in the same condition it was sold as and include all accessories, magazines, cases, etc… Shoot Center reserves the right to revoke this right from individuals at anytime for any reason. Please note that Shoot Center is a small business, and the firearms we take back under our Satisfaction Guarantee are sold as used guns at a loss. If management determines an individual is abusing this policy, they may revoke this service from an individual. That being said, We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our staff will do everything in our power to ensure this happens!


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If you originally paid in cash we will write you a check. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Class Cancelations

You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours prior to the class’s scheduled start time for a full refund. Within 24 hours of the class’s scheduled start time, if you have to reschedule or cancel your class, Shoot Center will charge a $20 fee.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
