Return Policy
At Cape Coral Range and Store LLC d/b/a Shoot Center ("we," "us," or
"our"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase,
we are here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within [30] days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Ammunition
- Firearms: Firearms are non-returnable under any circumstances unless defective. All firearms must be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to taking possession, whether in-store or at another FFL. Once a firearm is transferred, it is considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at Dealer@ShootCenter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization
(RMA) number or by submitting a ticket on your order.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to:

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is
approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few
business
days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [15%] may apply to certain returns.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
return
shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the
wrong
item or a defective product).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product,
please

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 239-500-0556 with details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will
cover the
cost of return shipping.
