Return Policy
At Cape Coral Range and Store LLC d/b/a Shoot Center ("we," "us," or "our"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Firearms (unless defective or damaged upon receipt) Firearms must be inspected prior to transfer from any FFL
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at Dealer@ShootCenter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or by submitting a ticket on your order.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to:

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [15%] may apply to certain returns.
